Every Day

Every Day

Together with kindness and in understanding, let’s take this time to self reflect. I am here to inspire, encourage, and remind you that God has given us the most important weapon we have to fight the enemy, his word.

Now let’s dress our bodies like we dress our souls, EVERYDAY!

EVERYDAY

“The steadfast love of the Lord never ceases; his mercies never come to an end; they are new every morning; great is your faithfulness.” Lamentations 3:22-23 ESV

Morning already! It’s starting out to be one of those days and your feet haven’t touched the floor yet. Decisions to be made, customers service to give, clients to be seen, and not to mention those ridiculously long meetings! You and your spouse are not seeing eye to eye right now and the kids are driving you crazy! As you lay back down you realize you need more sleep. Thoughts of should I call out today enter your mind, but you know you got to be there. Sighing deeply, you recognize you’re not feeling your usual optimistic self.

All of us have had those kind of days. Take a deep breath as you allow yourself this opportunity to think about how God has helped you get through tougher days. Remember how he gave you loving favor here, or how he worked out that over there. As you reach for the towel to wash your face, you think of how God woke you up, giving movement to your body as you reached for the buzzing alarm clock. You realize he didn’t have to do it, but he did. Looking in the mirror you know it is because of his grace and mercy that you are still here. Deep in your thoughts, you know God has always made a way for you. The word tells us that his love is steadfast and never ceases. As you lean on Jesus Christ today, smile knowing you have help though the Holy Spirit who is our comforter. It is so wonderful to know that Gods mercies never come to an end, they are new to us every morning. Imagine it, a fresh start EVERYDAY!

Remember we are each others keeper and the only time we should be looking down on someone is when we are helping them up.
